I read the review in the paper today and look forward to lunch. Too bad your web site doesn't include a lunch or take out menue; it would be helpful and probably increase business. I prefer to call in take out orders.

To saythe food at hibiscus cafe was exceptionaal is a understatment. From the mouth watering irish moss, to the savoury goumet rice and peas, from the suculent snapper to the best jerk chicken in America I was astonished.yet the real surprise was the price and service. I highly recommend hibiscus cafe. A+

I just got married on Saturday and Chef Huie did the catering. He was absolutely amazing! People came up to me all night to tell me how wonderful the food was. The food was seasoned perfectly and was just delicious. He was also great to work with, he managed to create exactly what we wanted for what we could afford. Using Chef Huie was one probably the best choice I made for my whole wedding (besides my choice of a groom!).

I would recommend him for any event and I will definately be making a visit to his cafe whenever it opens. Thank You Chef!!!

Just heard that Chef Huie is opening a Hibiscus Cafe' on 520 in Merritt Island. Will be in the same shopping center as Fuglie's Tavern. Mmmmm! My mouth is watering already. Way to go Huie. John

Chef Huie was absolutely amazing!:) From the moment we spoke, he assured us he could accomidate any needs we had for our wedding and he had no problems keeping us in budget and last minute additions. He was very professional, prompt and his food was amazing. Chef Huie's Carribean style buffett was the perfect touch for our Luau style wedding; his traditional roast beef dinner was amazing at our rehearsal dinner. We are still getting compliments on how great the food was. Chef Huie made our wedding absolutely special. In such a hectic time, he was the rock! We whole-heartedly recommend Chef Huie for your event, you will not be let down (just look at his amazing menu!).

When I put together a surprise party for my wife's 50th birthday, I wanted to have a really special meal for the party. Chef Huie made a magnificent meal that everyone loved . One of my guests was from Jamaica and confirmed that ithe meal was authentic Jamaican recipies and delicious taste.

The food was excellent. I would recommend Hibiscus Catering to anyone looking for great food and a great price.

Chef Huie and Hibiscus Catering were top notch. I placed an order to surprise a new mom and her family coming home from the hospital. Chef Huie was able to deliver a full meal within hours of placing the order. The family was so pleasantly surprised and loved every bite of it.
