At Hibiscus Catering we are unique because we plan and cater your events offering traditional American and International cuisine, when you have the urge for something different we offer original Jamaican cuisine. Hibiscus Catering was founded back in two thousand four (2004) but was not officially launched until the fall of two thousand six (2006), founded with the premise that eating fresh healthy food is the key to longevity and hosting an event can be affordable without compromises. It is upon these premise that all our food are prepared from scratch using only fresh, natural and the best quality ingredients and food available. All food and event picture in our website are from actual event catered by us. We serves all of Brevard county and surrounding areas...
